TIME TO RAISE THE BAR

I haven’t had the best start for the year, as I’ve been so ill I have done zero exercise so far, which is not great. I’ve signed up to so many races that I must actually train for as opposed to applying my usual ‘I’ll wing it with my stubbornness’ attitude…

To be able to keep up with what I’m doing, and most of all, to see who is joining me in the races, I thought the best way is to add all the links to one post.

So here they are in time order – give me a shout if you have any questions about anything at all. If not, come join me!

400M pancake race. It’s a hilarious thing but I have to do it living in Olney! Tuesday 12th February at 11.50.

MK 10K Sunday 10th March at 10.10am in Milton Keynes.

HARROLD PIT RUN 5K run. Saturday 27th April at 3pm at in Harrold.

TOUGH MUDDER Half marathon obstacle course. Sunday 5th May at 9am in Kettering. Team Name: POP Fitness Password: Olney

BOULDER DASH 8mile obstacle course. Friday 21st June at 7pm in Weston Underwood. (There is also an option for a 4mile course.) You ca put POP Fitness as the group name.

SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST 10K obstacle course. Saturday 16th November at 9am in London.

I’m also seriously considering running the ‘MARATHON OF DANGERS‘ in Finland 5th October, which is mental as I swore I would never run one – let alone one in such a crazy terrain as this! I’d also like to do one or two 10K races and perhaps another obstacle race, so any suggestions are very welcome!
