BUBBLES AND DOGS

Have you heard of the new champagne and hotdog restaurant opening later this month on Charlotte Street in London?

Bubbledog will be the first venture by James Knappett, who has previously worked for the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Rene Redzepi from ’The World’s Best restaurant‘ Noma in Copenhagen.

On the menu will be choices, such as  a BLT dog wrapped in bacon served up with truffle mayonnaise and a Jose dog with guacamole, sour cream, salsa and jalapeños. There will also be a regularly changing chef’s special for £6.

Bubbledog will be strictly walk-in only, but there will be a reservation only Kitchen Table, which can host up to 19 people, seated directly around the kitchen.

I have a feeling this place will cause a bit of a stir when it opens…
