I think it’s safe to say I’m a bit of a fitness fanatic. I’ve always done sports from playing basketball when I was very young to joining in aerobics and gym classes as a teenager. And for the last year and a half, I’ve got massively into running.
I started teaching group fitness classes, such as spinning, circuits and body pump, when I was 17 and have done it on the side of my studies and work ever since. After having my third child, I decided that I was so busy with work and the kids that I wasn’t going to pick up teaching gain. That promise didn’t last very long, and I now run outside circuit classes in the lovely village we live in.
