LET’S TALK SHOP!

So enough with the hints, gossip and vague conversations about this… I can finally confirm that in just a couple of weeks, I will own a boutique in our lovely Buckinghamshire village of Olney, as well as having an online store.
I can barely believe it, as it has all been so sudden. However, I’ve moved on from the slight panicky stage of ‘what have I done’ to pure buzz and excitement of starting up something that I feel so passionate about.
POP The Fashion Store will stock cool clothes, shoes and accessories by up and coming British and Scandinavian designers as well as some more well known brands. There will also be a vintage wardrobe filled with second hand designer and vintage goods.
The credit for me going ahead with this all belongs single handedly to my lovely husband, Philip Mossop, who not only found me the premises but has been amazingly helpful and supportive in setting everything up. If it wasn’t for him, I would never have done this. In fact, I’m pretty sure he has been planning this for a long time, as he seemed to have a very clear idea of how it was all going to work even before we went to see the shop space…
A huge thanks for my branding belongs to the lovely Mini Post who has been fantastic in not only designing my logo, business cards and signs, but giving me some great general advice too.
I’m sure you can tell I’m one ridiculously excited lady right now… I promise to reveal more about the brands, special events and the actual opening very soon. And I of course hope to have you visit the shop or get clicking online once I’m up and running!
